8月30日上午，由江苏省外经贸厅和新加坡国际企业发展局共同合作举办的以“众商云集，共创环球商机”为主题的江苏民营企业新加坡论坛在新加坡举行。江苏省外经贸厅费少云副厅长率江苏经贸代表团出席论坛并致辞。福中集团董事长兼总裁杨宗义先生随团参加了本次国际论坛。会上，福中集团引起了与会新加坡企业的高度重视，有多家企业与集团达成了初步合作意向。

杨宗义总裁随团访问新加坡，一方面是寻求合作伙伴，另一方面则是为境外上市作可行性调研。会上，杨宗义总裁向与会企业介绍了福中集团的概况，发展史、企业文化、组织构架和3+3服务等情况，并向大家透露了作为选择之一也会考虑在新加坡上市的意向，引起了与会企业的高度重视。杨总裁与多家新加坡企业代表进行了沟通交流，并就福中高科技产业园、福中空港科技园等项目达成了初步合作意向。

福中高科技产业园是福中集团的重点投资项目，位于徐庄软件园，占地110多亩，总投资约7.1亿元。中国第三个Intel实验室、卡内基-HP-福中CMMI等项目已先后入园。福中空港科技园位于南京江宁经济开发区内，占地133亩，包括工业制造基地、研发中心、物流中心以及相关配套服务设施，将于年内正式开工建设。

在受到新加坡当地企业重视的同时，福中集团也成了新加坡媒体关注的焦点。会上，新加坡国家电视台、新加坡新闻早报、straitstime（中文名《海峡时报》）等媒体对杨宗义总裁进行了专访，并给予了重点报道。

另讯：近日，新加坡丰树集团等多家新加坡大型企业纷纷到福中集团参观考察，双方就集团二大园区的具体合作进行了更进一步的沟通。

New batch of Chinese firms seeking SGX listing

A FRESH crop of Chinese companies is looking at listing in Singapore as a way to go global, a trade seminar heard yesterday.
  One of them, information technology Fuzhong Group, announced tentative plans to raise about ＄10 million with a listing in early 2009.
  This emerged during a visit to Singapore by executives of 10 private companies from eastern Jiangsu province. They are looking for tie-ups with businesses, along with the option of listing on the Singapore Exchange (SGX).
  The visit and yesterday’s seminar were organized by IE Singapore.
  Mr Ignatius Lim, director of China strategic relations for IE Singapore, said,“IE Singapore is heartened by the healthy collaboration between Singapore and Jiangsu.”
  “IE Singapore hopes Chinese companies with the potential for internationalization will use Singapore as a platform to enter the global market,” he added.
  Fuzhong is Jiangsu’s largest privately-owned information technology business. It was ranked the 149th largest private company in China in 2005, with a turnover of US＄439 million (S＄670 million).
  Fuzhong executives are due to meet officials from Ascendas Group and SembCorp Park Management today to discuss collaborating on industrial park development in the provincial capital of Nanjing.
  Other local companies which may partner Jiangsu firms include construction group Hor Kew and engineering specialist Boustead Singapore-both are listed on the mainboard.
  More than 120 China companies are listed on the SGX, including 17 from Jiangsu.
  As of last year, 2,295 Singapore projects were operating in Jiangsu, worth US＄9.96 billion, making Singapore the fourth-largest investor in the province.
