1.In the case of technology incubator enterprises which accepted by science & technology department in the district and authorized by the district government , the authority plans to return the total of value-added taxes and business taxes both left to the local area covering the first years since the start of the approval month, then half of the total for the next three years.

2.As for above mentioned companies which approved by Management Committee Office for entry to the park and registration in it (or registration in the park and operation outside) and pay taxes to the district as well, the government is to give them fiscal support of returning entire income taxes left with by them in first five years since they start to gains profits. From the sixth to tenth year, the government is to offer half of the total incomes taxes return.

3.The district is to carry out ¡¯special handling for special purposesfor foreign-invested companies and domestic companies limited and share-holding cooperative firms both with registered capital of over RMB 1m, providing drop-in service. Every department concerned is supposed to exempt receiving rule charges

| 4.The district government is to return 20 percent to 30 percent of tax revenues retained to the local area by newly registered foreign-invested companies with registered capital of US$3m- US$10m; As for the ones with registered capital of over US$10m, the government plans to give them more preferential support policies with at least 30 percent of taxes return.. |
5.The government is to support newly registered corporations with 15 percent of tax revenues return; In the case of one with taxes payment of over RMB 100,000, the authority intends to give them 20 percent of taxes return.

6.The district is going to adopt"one discussion for one thing"approach for domestic and foreign key investment project, providing more preferential supporting policies and practice overall tracking service.
