Fuyixiang Restaurant is located on the fifth
floor of the most bustling FuzhongBuilding in
Xinjiekou and the first restaurant opened by
Fuk Yuen Restaurant ¨Ca well-known Hongkong
restaurant in China. It has preserved all the
features and styles of the restaurant at
Causeway Bay in Hongkong and also one of
the most luxurious and specialized restaurants
in Nanjing. The whole building may be
summarized as follows: luxurious and grand,
resplendent and magnificent, European style,
and cultural taste.
      The restaurant mainly offers new Cantonese cuisine, shanghainese cuisine and birdĄ¯s nest,
abalone and sharkĄ¯s fins cooked by great Hongkong chefs. The dishes are characterized as
